We witness that no one can know who Jesus is on his own unless He reveals Himself to each of us and not by getting degrees in Theology. Luke 10:22, Matthew 16:17

Nobody can know Jesus by any other means but by Jesus making Himself known to that person. There is no theological school that can give to any student the knowledge of Jesus Christ. No one can be an expert in Jesus, hence the Bible (John 5:39), because one went to school to matriculate in Divinity. In other words, no spiritual leader may claim that they know God (Jesus) because they hold a degree in Theology. I do not know how else to make that point come across clear.

The Doctors in Theology of the time of Jesus could recognize Him and, moreover, He wanted to keep it a secret.

Matthew 16:20 ASV

Then charged he the disciples that they should tell no man that he was the Christ.

Matthew 26:63 ASV
But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou art the Christ, the Son of God.

Luke 22:67 ASV
If thou art the Christ, tell us. But he said unto them, If I tell you, ye will not believe:

John 10:24 ASV
The Jews therefore came round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou hold us in suspense? If thou art the Christ, tell us plainly.

Philippians 3:18 ASV
For many walk, of whom I told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:

We read that Jesus can only be known by His revelation in Luke 10:22. We can get to know Jesus only if Jesus reveals Himself to us. If Jesus has not revealed Himself to us, nobody can help us understand Jesus. Talking about Jesus will be like speaking in an unintelligible foreign language if Jesus has not chosen us to reveal Himself. Also, our Jesus can be anyone, even Archangel Michael, if Jesus has not revealed Himself to us.

(39) You search the Scriptures, for you think in them you have everlasting life. And they are the ones witnessing concerning Me.  John 5:39 LITV

(47) The Pharisees therefore answered them, Are ye also led astray?  (48)  Hath any of the rulers believed on him, or of the Pharisees? John 7:47-48 ASV

(52) They answered and said unto him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search, and see that out of Galilee ariseth no prophet.  John 7:52 ASV

(12) Now when he heard that John was delivered up, he withdrew into Galilee;  (13)  and leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is by the sea, in the borders of Zebulun and Naphtali:  (14)  that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying,  (15)  The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, Toward the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles,  (16)  The people that sat in darkness Saw a great light, And to them that sat in the region and shadow of death, To them did light spring up.  (17)  From that time began Jesus to preach, and to say, Repent ye; for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matthew 4:12-17 ASV (21)

And the multitudes said, This is the prophet, Jesusfrom Nazareth of Galilee.  Matthew 21:11 ASV

(39) And when they had accomplished all things that were according to the law of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.  (40)  And the child grew, and waxed strong, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. Luke 2:39-40 ASV

(5) They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus saith unto them, I am he. And Judas also, who betrayed him, was standing with them.  (John 18:5 ASV)

(22) All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth who the Son is, save the Father; and who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him.  Luke 10:22 ASV

Case and point from the verses above: the Doctors in Divinity of the time of Jesus did not know the Jewish Bible enough to connect the prophecies to see that, indeed, from Galilee was the Messiah to come while some of the people knew that (John 7:52, Matthew 21:11).

A modern case and point: religions teach that Jesus is Archangel Michael, simply because Jesus has not revealed Himself in those religions. How can anyone take Jesus for Archangel Michael when nowhere in the Bible it is written that Michael created the world and became flesh because God the Father was to choose an Angel for the task?

We know in the Gospels that Jesus is the Holy One Whom Mary carried in her womb (Luke 1:35) and the demons know that much (Luke 4:34). We know that Jesus was born as MESSIAH YHWH in the Hebrew language (Luke 2:11). We know that Jesus was sought (Matthew 2:2) and recognized as 'the King of Israel' (John 1:49) and that Jesus fulfilled that prophecy by sitting on the donkey to enter Jerusalem (Matthew 21:5, John 12:15, Zechariah 9:9). We know that YHWH God is the One Who is known as the King of Israel (Isaiah 44:6) before He was made flesh.

We are certain that Archangel Michael is not known as the 'Holy One of Israel', something that Satan and his Angels know for sure (Luke 4:31-37) but that we nevertheless believe. We are certain that Gabriel did not announce to Mary that she was to carry an Angel in her womb. We are certain that no Angel nor Michael is known as the King of Israel (Isaiah 44:6, John 1:49).

Again, how can a believer trash all the preceding and choose anyway Archangel Michael as our Saviour, even when YHWH God is the One known as the Only Saviour there is (Isaiah 43:11, 45:21? It is because Jesus has not revealed Himself in those religions and to their adherents (Luke 10:22).

Besides, Apostle John in His Gospel and in the first chapter of his epistle to the Hebrews presents Jesus as YHWH God the Creator and argues that Jesus cannot be an ANGEL because all the angels worship Jesus (Psalms 95:6-8) in Heaven. No angel can be worshiped (Psalms 95:6-8, Hebrews 1:6, Matthew 4:10). Only Satan seeks worship (Hebrews 1:6, Psalms 95:6, Matthew 4:10) as an Angel. Jude 1 explicitly says that Archangel Michael did not blaspheme to pass for God (Jesus) when he took the body of Moses. Thus, that old teaching that Jesus is Archangel Michael had already been refuted in the New Testament. Only those to whom Jesus has not revealed Himself still believe and teach that their Savior is not God who is Jesus but an Angel, Archangel Michael.

All those who take Jesus for an Angel will not be saved according to Romans 10:9-11. In fact, to be saved, all believers must confess that Jesus is the Tetragrammaton YHWH God, according to Romans 10:9-11. (Know that the Tetragrammaton YHWH cannot be translated into any other language. In English, the word 'Lord' is used to refer to YHWH. Different words are used in the other languages, like 'kyrios' in the Greek language).

The other takeaway from Luke 10:22 is that a degree in Theology cannot necessarily impart the knowledge of Jesus to anyone. That implies also that all spiritual leaders cannot be expected to necessarily know who Jesus is just because they matriculate Theology. The proof is in the plurality of the various branches of Christianity which are lead by many who hold Doctorates in Theology but still take Jesus to be Archangel Michael. The Doctors of Theology in the time of Jesus did not fare better. Knowing who Jesus is remains the function of a heart that is set to understand (Matthew 13:15).

We cannot know that the Doctors in Theology do not know Jesus if we ourselves do not know Jesus. That lack of knowledge of Jesus is because of a lack of His revelation or because we cannot hear His voice (John 10:16,27).

We do earnestly praise Jesus every day of our life but which Jesus (Matthew 7:23)? The Disciples heard and touched Jesus but they did not know who He is (Matthew 16:13-20. Jesus told them that flesh and blood cannot know who He is (Mathew 16:17). The Jesus to be praised is not Archangel Michael nor any other Angel. If the Saviour Jesus Whom you praise and worship is not YHWH God, your worship is vain or futile (Mark 7:7).

And this is life eternal, that they should know thee the only true God, and him whom thou didst send, even Jesus Christ.  John 17:3 ASV

Nevertheless, NOBODY on his own can know Who Jesus is

All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth who the Son is, save the Father; and who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal [him]. Luke 10:22 ASV

JESUS and the FATHER may be known by revelation only

Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord [YAHWEH], but in the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:3 ASV

We must be revealed (Luke 10:22) who Jesus, the Man of war (Exodus 15:3), is beyond His flesh (Matthew 16:15), to be able to discern His true voice (2 Corinthians 11:14-15) in order to witness Him (Acts 1:8), and to confess with our mouth that He is Jehovah God and that He resurrected to be saved (Romans 10:9-11)

All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth who the Son is, save the Father; and who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal [him].  Luke 10:22 ASV

Now when Jesus came into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Who do men say that the Son of man is?  Matthew 16:13 ASV

He saith unto them, But who say ye that I am?  Matthew 16:15 ASV

And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-Jonah: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father who is in heaven.  Matthew 16:17 ASV

And he answered and said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.  Matthew 13:11 ASV

the true voice of Jesus

According to Jesus Himself, we are not called to believe in Jehovah God, nor in God the Father, nor in the Holy Spirit, to be saved (John 3:16).

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life. John 3:16 ASV

And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved. Acts 4:12 ASV

Yet I am Jehovah thy God from the land of Egypt; and thou shalt know no god but me, and besides me there is no Saviour.  Hosea 13:4 ASV

I, even I, am Jehovah; and besides me there is no Saviour. Isaiah 43:11 ASV

Only belief in Jesus saves (John 3:16. Believe that Jesus is the only Savior (Isaiah 43:11, Acts 4:12) entails belief in God the Father (John 3:16; 14:10-11)

(10) Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works.  (11)  Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. John 14:10-11 ASV

(9) Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, (10) so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, (11) and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord [YHWH], to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9-11 ESV

TO BE SAVED, we must confess with our mouth that Jesus is Jehovah God. And He sends us to be His witnesses, not of Jehovah (Acts 1:8), not of His Father.

Wherefore I make known unto you, that no man speaking in the Spirit of God saith, Jesus is anathema; and no man can say, Jesus is Lord [YHWH], but in the Holy Spirit. 1 Corinthians 12:3 ASV

But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. Acts 1:8 ASV

(9) because if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus as [is] Lord [YHWH], and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved: Romans 10:9-10 ASV

No one, not even  the Patriarchs (John 17:25), no Jews, can bypass Jesus and go directly to God the Father to be saved because Jesus is YHWH Redeemer and Savior. Acts 15:42, Galatians 2:15-16.

Because the penalty of death still remains the same: we sin, we die, unless we stop sinning and go to Jesus for His justification. Jesus is salvation in the New Testament as a Man. Jesus was salvation in the Old Testament as YAHWEH (Exodus 15:3).
The Jews who did not get baptized by John could not grasp the transition from the yearly justification of the blood of the sacrifices of the day of atonement, aka the 'works of the Law', into the eternal blood of Jesus (Galatians 2:15-16)

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.  (John 14:6 ASV)

I am the door; by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.  (John 10:9 ASV)

(7) For none of us liveth to himself, and none dieth to himself.  (8)  For whether we live, we live unto the Lord [YAHWEH]; or whether we die, we die unto the Lord [YAHWEH]: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's [YAHWEH'S].  (9)  For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord [YAHWEH] of both the dead and the living. Romans 14:7-9 ASV

About the New 'Witnesses of Jesus of Nazareth' (WOJON) Revival of the Holy Church Movement

We are witnesses of Jesus of Nazareth, as Jesus commissioned the first Apostles to go witness Him (Acts 1:8) to be YAHWEH God the Creator (John 1:1-3, Hebrews 1:8-10) and His salvation to the entire world in order to judaize the world (Galatians 2:14)  to live holy and die holy to be saved (1 Peter 1:15-16, Revelation 11:18), those who will hear His voice to imitate Him (Ephesians 5:1) and to become His one (not more) HOLY flock (John 10:16, 27), and His spirits (1 Corinthians 6:17).

WOJON 4 MAIN CREDOS FOR TRUE SALVATION OF THE JEHOVAH JESUS NOT THE ANGEL JESUS
  • 1. Salvation is from the Jews (Judaism) not from Christianity or any of her children. John 4:22
  • 2. The attainable  pursuit of self-holiness to become holy as defined in Judaism (not lawless holiness), live holy, and die holy to be saved. Leviticus 20:7-8, 1 Peter 1:15-16, Hebrews 12:14
  • 3. The belief and confession with the mouth that Jesus is Jehovah God to not die in our sins, as Jesus puts it, and that He was risen on A Saturday, the first of the 7 sabbaths. John 8:24, Romans 10:9-11, Hebrews 1:8-10.
  • 4. Jesus is not Archangel Michael or Angel of Jehovah who had been ministering Angels to the Israelites and the Jews (Hebrews 1). Those who believe in the Angel Jesus and not in the YAHWEH Jesus are lost, if they do not repent (John 8:24 LITV).
